HD Radio in NC

So far, two stations in NC are listed as being on the air with multicasting on their digital signals according to the Ibiquity website at http://www.ibiquity.com/cgi-bin/liststations?state=NC. WRAL 101.5 in Raleigh and WFAE 90.7 near Charlotte.

Assuming I had an HD reciever here right now and I tuned to WRAL, what would I hear on the subcarriers? Will it be possible to have multiple formats on the same signal? I understand WCBS in NYC is doing that to placate the millions of angry listeners who miss oldies on 101.1. What would I hear on the subcarrier of WFAE?

How is an HD subcarrier different from an SCA subcarrier today?

Inquiring minds want to know.

HD2 signals are full bandwidth and full modulation. SCA are low audio quality and limited modulation. SCA is analog and of course HD2 is digital.
