HD-Radio Technical Problems on WCLK & WAMJ

WCLK 91.9 and WAMJ 102.5 both have volume (level) issues between their HD1 and analog signals.

WCLK the HD level is lower than the analog. It is low enough that I have to turn up the radio when the receiver switches to HD.

WAMJ is much worse. There is a very noticable difference between the two signals.

I checked all the stations up and down the dial in Atlanta. These are the only two that seem to have this problem. Anybody know why? Are the engineers for either station regulars in the forum?
