HD Radio updates only

Haven’t checked the rest of the Audacy stations yet, but KHMX has album art and a logo again on HD, after years of not having it. The audio still only plays in analog, however.

Did it sound goofy to you? I drove the wife's car earlier today and KHMX was tuned in, audio still sounded hilariously overmodulated.

Yeah, it definitely sounds weird recently.


Also, confirmed the rest of the Audacy stations now have station logos and album art again. Never thought I’d see the day!

KKHH and KHMX RDS have also been off since at least 9/22. And I still haven’t been able to lock in KHMX HD for I don’t know how long.

Not hearing any buzzing on KKHH-HD2 either.

I am getting HD PAD data on KHMX but no RDS. HD data has been stuck on the same song title for a couple days now.
 
Are you guys sure it’s not your radio? I mean I don’t listen to non of these stations but just tuned in to hear the buzz and they sound perfect to me.

What’s not perfect is 102.5 had a big error (sorry not HD related). They played like 3 seconds of one song, then it skipped to the next song for like 2 seconds then silence with static then back to the same 3 seconds of that song . And over and over
 
Someone named JustinT posted it this already that I wanted to re-share with y’all. KOVE is now broadcasting in HD. The RDS Is showing KOVE on display. Maybe it updated after he posted. The HD2 is playing Tejano from San Antonio But the display still shows HD 2. So can we say it now? Tejano is back on 106.5 FM.

I’m in The Woodlands. I get HD PAD data from Mix but the audio never switches to digital from analog.

Also.. excited to hear the Dana Cortez show Monday morning on Mix. I’ve been wondering how that show would sound on a Hot AC.

Are the subchannels temporary or HD in general? HD1 does have a bit of delay from analog but is really strong in Conroe. I often get nice enhancement from KOVE so not surprising the HD is solid!
