WLEY-HD2 directly simulcasts WSKQ outside of legal IDs, even carrying local ads for La Mega's events in New York. The same will likely happen with the La Privada network; just a couple of relays of the jockless LA signal.
 
KOVE it’s only running HD 1. All the other three HD channels are off. Check KLTN and they do not have HD yet. Neither does KAMA

I wonder how many Dominicans there are in Houston? The Mega New York format is focused on that group, which is Afro-Antillian while most of the population in Houston is Indo-American.

Last time I checked, most of them are concentrated in Katy, Richmond and SW Houston. So if I were you, I wouldn't expect SBS to be blaring Rubby Perez or Aventura on an HD Sub anytime soon.
 
The Good Time Oldies format being aired on KRBE HD-2 is being discontinued by Westwood One next month.
Will they just shut off the side channel or will they spin the wheel of WW1 formats? Will anyone other than me notice it's gone?

Not sure I see any point in a different format for the HD-2 that might not be unique to the market, or doesn’t fill a big format hole. Of course we still have 107.5 HD-2 for Oldies.

Perhaps the future Audulus will have some ideas.😵‍💫🤣

Worse. While there is a significant Venezuelan community around Katy, there is none in Chicago.

HD3 is La Nueva but behind 94.1 and 107.3. HD4 still sounds like Amor Celestial even though the text says TUDN
