KGLK HD-3 they should turn up the audio it's a lot less then the others.

It sounds pretty bad. Some quiet parts get REALLY quiet where it’s almost muted. Also that HD3 is harder to get than the HD1/HD2 like KTBZ

Also Masala Radio still IDs as KGLK HD4.

Out in Lavaca county KGLK and KVBH fight over each. When I get KGLK HD I can usually pick up both HD-2 and 3 ok. The Buzz HD signal seems harder to pick up.

Do you ever get KVBH HD? A lot of times during tropos I’ll hear their analog strong over KGLK but I’ll still get KGLK HD. Even in Bastrop it was the same deal.

Yep get their HD and HD-2 when the weather is right.

It seems like Audacy finally fixed the song info on their HD1s but need a little tweaking. Also KUHF recently changed the text on their subchannels

KHMX still has a second delay when switching from analog to HD.

KHMX HD1 and KKHH HD2 are back to the text showing station branding. KUHF HD text is back to how it was. KMJQ doesn't have a delay when locking in HD anymore but KHMX still does.

Weird. It’s still like a full second behind on my radios. I’ve only heard the delay right before they dropped subchannels. Do other stations have no delay for you as well?

KHMX also has a second delay ln my 2018 Ford focus. And also has a 1 second delay at the radio we have at work.

I can't even get HD on KHMX tonight, the call letters show up, but no HD lock. Didn't check other stations, will try to do it in the morning...

91.1 is KVUJ Lake Jackson. Are you saying 91.7 has a delay with HD or with 91.1? Because I just checked and the HD for 91.7 does not have a delay. Only 96.5

I assume MrTejano is comparing the audio on 91.1 and 91.7. Remember that any FM HD signal has up to a ten second buffer delay for digital error correction. The analog audio is delayed to match the HD buffer. 91.7 is in HD while 91.1 is apparently not. Thus the program audio on 91.1 would be ahead of 91.7.

Example: KUHF is in HD. When listening to BBC World Service overnight on that station, the audio is ten seconds behind the BBCWS shortwave output, due to the HD buffer.

I’m comparing 91.1 to 91.7 with HD turned off. And there was a delay, 91.1 played the audio around 5 seconds before 91.7. Which was very weird because I thought 91.7 was the main station.

93Q HD actually sounds ok now KHMX still had the HD delay.

I know the KSBJ repeater stations can be ahead of KSBJ. I know 89.7 KUBJ is usually a second or 2 ahead of 89.3 KSBJ. It’s been awhile since I’ve compared the others with KSBJ
