HD Radio

I'm really hoping HD radio will work out. I plan on getting one once the prices will go down. I know some people in here hate it, but I for one would support it. I just would hope some of the sub channels will get more content and have more HD-2-3 channels avaible. I really would like to see HD radio work out. The only thing I have againts it is that it may kill analog radio down the road, I have over 30 radios and I gues they would just be trash once they kill it. IF they kill it.

Regardless of what you may hear here, there are no plans to kill analog radio. Although there's a way to go, there are plenty of HD2's here and on the way. I've heard blues, disco, and gospel on HD2's near me. It's pretty cool.

Pretty cool - yea, just the same old repeat, of poorly programmed terrestrial radio.

Thats good to know, so I gues really down the road analog radio would probably be like about how dialup internet is today, you can still get it but it takes a while. Or another case on FM/AM you can get it, but just not more.
