HD Radio

At least AM stereo was good & didn't obliterate the bands.

WSM & WBAP were great AM stereo stations way back when.

New technology, no matter how worthwhile, can't take root without some savvy marketing or an avenue towards ubiquity. HD Radio lacks on both counts. If the geniuses in the biz wanted this to take off, they should have cut deals with car companies to get units on the road as standard gear.

::)

I just found it ironic the poster used the word ubiquity while talking about HD Radio, a product of iBiquity. Perhaps I should have been more clear.

It is amazing that there are no stations with the calls WFUZ or KFUZ.
They would be the perfect "outlets" for ibiquity's spectrum-hogging excuse for a radio "mode".

"The FUZZ, now in HD!" :D
