Digital Radio Express. Founded by Derek Kumar, a subcontractor who once worked with USADR on the initial IBOC design. His ideas were scrapped during the 1996 USADR reorganization...later iBiquity and DRE struck a deal where Kumar would work to develop apps for IBOC.
