This nonesense will be thrown out of court faster than O'Reilly's/Fox's suit against Franken. I read his comments and much of it is rambling nonsense. It's actually quite paethic to read his semi rational rantings. He's suing everyone he can and spends his life in court. Very sad indeed.
 
It's kind of sad, because at least Kahn's AM Stereo system worked. So did "powerside" (based on the same technology, of course). I guess we all get old...and eventually lose it!

Yes his AM system worked but C-Quam won out and Kahn wouldn't quit. His Powerside works for a few stations but not all the time, from what I've read and he charged 16 K for it. Not a drop in the bucket I'd say.
 
Either this guy likes satire or he's a french fry short of a happy meal.
 
A friend of mine who runs a radio station in Wilkesboro NC on 1240 considered getting "powerside" because there's a 1230 in Newton NC, about 40 miles as the crow files. He asked what I thought. "Well, I think you'll be doing a favor for him...by putting all your spectral energy on your upper sideband...away from him, but not getting anything in return. He'll still be beating you up with HIS upper sideband!"

Powerside, like inlaws, can be a (very) mixed blessing!
 
It appears Mr. Kaun's brain has went out on overload and is digititizing SEVERELY. The reason the cell systems get overloaded during disasters is because of VOICE calls from the masses. Pictures and streaming aren't currently the issue.

It's a shame he's finally went this far off the deep end..

It really is, because he actually got some things right (even if he didn't state them quite correctly) but they are so far overshadowed by the maniacal portions of his filings they are badly camouflaged. If nobody except for him figures out some of these things and actually says something about them, then the big AM guns are going to get away with sticking it to the small guys and there isn't going to be anything anyone will be able to do about it after "the marketplace decides".
