HD X-mtr locations

I know there are many sites that show AM and FM transmitter locations, you can actually google earth the pictures of them, my question, is there a site that shows the location of the new HD signal transmitters. If the HD signals are using the same bays and towers of the original station, I can understand why there would be no new sites, but if for some reason HD signals are on different towers, it would be nice to see the antenna height, location and power of the new HD signals...

I've heard of using different antennas on the same tower for FM-band HD and I don't think there is any technical reason why you couldn't use antennas on different towers BUT do you know that a) the FCC allows the use of different sites for analog and FM-band HD and b) if the FCC allows it, that any station is actually doing it?
