HD2 left and right channels out of phase?

Are the left and right channels of WQYK 99.5 FM HD2 out of phase? It sounds like it to me, but I no longer have a mono button to verify it. If they are, could it be intentional, since it's a mono talk format?
 
I do not live in this market, but this could also be spacial enhancement, where one channel is delayed by just a few milliseconds, and it would be intentional. With spacial enhancement, whether the channels are in phase or out of phase, they would sound basically the same.
