Heard my first Xmas spot

WNAK, 1:20am Saturday morning for some catering place, but I can't remember right now. I assume it was on during the day. Anybody else hear Christmas spots yet?

Well that makes sense. Now is the time for a resturant or catering hall to advertise and book Christmas parties. Not in December.

Well off-topic a touch, but I saw a billboard with Santa Claus on it in August.

It was for the mall or Penney's seeking part-time holiday help. I know that's when you'd start looking for part-time holiday help but any spot you hear on the radio regarding Christmas is also likely there because it's the time to start advertising that particular holiday product or service, no?

When people come to make arrangements for a church wedding, it's based on when they have already booked the reception hall! Yeah, all these posts make lots of sense.
