Heard on both 1380s!

On 5/29/2026, WDLW 1380 am aired the song "Jim Dandy" by Black Oak Arkansas, a 1973-1974 Rock rendition of The LaVerne Baker hit from the 1950s. B.O.A,'s version was a Top 40 hit. The cool thing is I have a distinct memory of hearing that song in 1974 on 1380 am, WLRO. I remember listening to it on a small, portable radio sitting on a dinner tray in our living room. I was sitting on the couch.
It would be even cooler if WDLW played it off of their original 45 from back then.
