I've been monitoring 261. Underneath the beacon (which I've yet to ID) I do get slight het and audio, but it's just under the thresh-hold. It's too early to tell whether its a false image or -the most likely LW candidate- Radio Rossii, with its 2.5 million watt transmitter located just north of Moscow. I'll try again, as conditions permit.
