Hearing New Station on 105.7 FM

Don't know if this has anything to do with Family Radios new station in Westchester but I'm hearing a new station in Queens in Spanish on 105.7 FM

It is a pirate. 105.7 cannot be allocated anywhere in the New York metropolitan area because it is first-adjacent to WQXR on 105.9 and WDHA on 105.5.
 
Sometimes 105.7 The Hawk from the Jersey Shore comes into North East PA during certain atmospheric conditions, so maybe that's what you're hearing?
 
The pirate on 105.7 has been on the air for quite sometime now.....It comes in real well (sometimes stops while seeking) in Eastern Bergen and Southeastern Rockland.
