Hearing the Fan on 105.3 FM in Cleveland

Scanning the radio this evening and I am hearing a simulcast of the Fan WKRK/92.3 FM on 105.3 FM in Cleveland. This has been an Air 1 affiliate, so not sure what is going on here. Anyone else hearing this?

Maybe an equipment test and they had permission to relay WKRK? WCCD should be operational by now from the WHK transmitter and I'm not sure what is taking so long... 105.3 has to be on when WCCD is on (save for nighttime hours, obviously).

WCCD is not going on the 1420 site, that was just for paperwork reasons.
