Heather Headley - In My Mind (Freemasons Remix)

First of all, what a great mix. Freemasons never fails to deliver.

But secondly, and more importantly, I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what track is sampled here. Maybe there isn't one at all, but I feel like another Disco/House track is being used here to lend some familiarity. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

We've been hitting this one for a while. I'm glad to see it's catching on. It's been one of my favorites.

This is a lovely remix! The original is quite good too. Freemasons really turned this one out.

Also, Junior Vasquez's remix of this is quite good too. It's on the darker side and would be great for the circuit crowds.<P ID="signature">______________

No house or disco tracks come to mind, but that looped guitar riff throughout the song sounds like it borrows some notes from the beginning of "Life In The Fast Lane" by The Eagles.

I just heard this finally.
As much as I like Freemasons, this track is a little to diva for me.
