Heidi Harris doesn't know who Bill O'Reilly is?

Actually she says she doesn't "KNOW" Bill O'Reilly!

There is a difference between "knowing" someone and "knowing OF" someone.

PLEASE, can we start with the facts! That's one of the biggest problems in the media today.

Everyone wants to talk, few listen. Granted

KDWN has fewer listeners because Beasley management wants to do things their way.

They like all of us have the RIGHT to run their business the way they want.

And the freedom to fail.

Too bad employees PAY the price!

Newsperson responds:

I just viewed the tape and the host and the tired issues answered the question as to why the cabel channel's ratings are low.

Hedi did not want to attack other hosts as much as this host tried to get her to do so. It was clear to me that she know who is is.

Geez, who's the dumb one? Of course I know who Bill O'Reilly is. I've only met him once, very briefly. And regardless of whether I agree with him or any host on any issue, I wouldn't be so tacky as to "condemn" anyone in my business for exercizing their free speech rights. I've been a guest on MSNBC dozens of times, and FNC too, and on various occasions MSNBC hosts have asked me to condemn Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity, too. I won't bite. I don't bash other hosts or stations on my own show, (or allow callers to) and I sure won't do it on national television.

Remember, it doesn't matter so much that you're known, as what you're known for, and I for one don't need to yap like a Chihuahua taking on a Great Dane to make a name for myself. And a word to the wise - remember it's a small business, so the station or host you bash now could be the one you're bringing your resume to tomorrow...
