I'm a radio guy who lives around Ward, I'm a newbie to the site, but not to the business. I came across this site on Google and since there's not really anyone to talk radio with except for radio people I thought I'd join the site. I hope you're not to rough on new people :)
btw) I noticed the user name I picked was similar to another user I wasn't trying to rip it off. Any way, I think it's great that there is someplace on the web to talk local radio!!

We routinely eat "newbies" for lunch.... particularly during the full moon.
;D (Look out your window tonight if you dare.)

Welcome to the discussion boards.

I think you will find the Arkansas board a reasonably hospitable site. I view it from afar because my wife and I call Arkansas our "home". (She is the native.) I enjoy checking in from time to time to see what is happening in a geography we love. (Whether it is a culture that today would love us, and we would love in return is unknown for the world has changed in so many ways in the last 50 years.)

I'm depending you you to help me ponder that dilemma.

Welcome to the Hog Heaven portion of radio-info. I'm up here in Diamond City on the Arkansas side of Bull Shoals Lake. 25 miles from here you'll see "Danoinark" checking in from Harrison. And you're only about an hour's drive from "Old Man River" in Jonesboogie. And I promise you: none of us would bite, even if we DID still have our teefers. ::) ::)

Hey, Kudzooter...I'll have you know that despite being near that golden age of 65, later this year, I've still got MOST of my natural teeth ...and I have been know to bite when bitten. So there.
