Hello from East Central PA!

I am a 32 year old radio nut that that misses what the FM Dial looked like (sounded like) in the 90’s and early 2000’s. I collect air checks of stations that are, in some way, nostalgic to me. I figured this would be a good place to talk about these times, possibly trade, and keep up with whats going on in the world of FM radio. I grew up in Levittown PA, spend 4 years in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, a year in Vero Beach Florida, and have been here in Pottsville now since 2005.

The elusive stations for me that i cant seem to get any good unscoped air checks of are:

WTHK 94.5 (later to be 97.5) The Hawk
WFKB 107.5 Frank FM
WWYY 107.1 The Bone

I had dozens upon dozens of cassettes with 93.3 WMMR, 94.1 WYSP, WOGL (Oldies 98), WPTP (96.5 The Point), and others from back in the 90’s and early 2000’s but they all got lost in moves after my parents split. During the year i spent in Vero Beach Florida between 2004-2005, My go to stations down there were 99.7 WGNX, 98.7 The Gator WKGR, 96.5 WHTQ, Pirate 95.9 WSJZ, and Oldies 103.7 WQOL.

Anyways, looking forward to some good conversation. I just started making recordings again somewhat recently.

Anyways, thats all I got for now.
