Hello from Miami!

Hi everyone. Wanted to come in and introduced myself. My name is Anthony. Cuban-american, born and raised in Miami.

I am a local Spanish-language singer down here, I also DJ private events. I studied Radio and TV Production (Separately) many years ago, so I kind of have a little background in the field. I also come on from time to time to read the goings on in the field.

No way, another Miamian! This is cool. Glad you are on board here. I'm too just like @DavidEduardo and curious as to your thoughts on radio (or TV) in this market.

Hi @DavidEduardo!

Ooof where can I begin with that? LOL.

I remember back in the days where the radio was fun to listen to. You had a bunch of good genres, good music. Now, it's just horrible. You turn on a radio station and it's the same song or same artist like every hour.

I always tell people that I am glad that streaming services exist. You can basically choose what you want to hear. You're your own DJ.

I am super glad to be part of this group. So thank you for the warm "welcome", even though as I stated, I come in from time to time to see what's going on out there.
