Wow, I wish Columbus had a station like yours. For some reason nobody thinks Columbus can support a station that has class like yours. WMNI 920 here doesn't cut it.

I do like listening to wrpo when iam over at the lake.I see on their web site that their stick is 40 feet higher and new transmitter is on the air how many watts is the new transmitter?It would be nice if i could pick up wrpo in wapakoneta where i live.

> Hi and thanks for listening to WRPO. Our new transmitter is still only 100 watts ERP. When we first went on the air 4 years ago, we made an eror in the C/P and had to live with it for a while. We filed a new C/P for the correct tower height and got it. It didn't make much difference in the range, but what the heck! Our web site is not complete, as you can see, but we're working on it. I used to work at WRFD/WRFD-FM.. ( Now NCI) back in the early 60's when RFD got their FM station on. Then to WDLR, and so on. Spent my earlier years in the Boston area and upstate NY stations. We welcome anyone in the area to visit the station..and we could use some week-end help! Gene, W8BJN
