How are things shaking out in Hawaii radio? I've not seen a new post since late last year, surely something must be going on. Any news from Maui, or Oahu? Just wondering.....
Yep, since KDLX in Makawao dropped the format, KRYL picked up the 14,000 listeners and potential sponsors left behind. Non-commercial LPFM KAKU in Kahului is also now doing a "Paniolo (cowboy) country format for part of the day.
Some sort of light rock format. I hear Delilah on KDLX at the moment (Sunday night). According to her web site, KDLX runs her progam from 6 PM to 4 AM 7 days a week.
