HELP! Big mystery on 1060 khz

Tonight, nulling out skywave pest CKMX Calgary to the SSE/NNW, another station with Classic Country was in the null, of course not matching, with two older songs and "My Maria" Brooks & Dunn. Sounded satellite-fed.
Can't be KGFX-SD, because I would be pointing east to get them. KTNS? What's their format now? Help!

The latest list I have shows KFIL, and KGFX as country in the west, with a CP for KFOY in the Reno market supposedly going country when on the air... KFOY is 10 kw day, 250 w night, I believe.
