Help! Can't stream on IE 7/Vista

I'm from Canada and ever since I got a new computer loaded with IE7 & Vista, I can no longer stream most Clear Channel stations. I get a pop-up that says Licensed Content Access Request and because I do not live in the U.S., I'm unable to listen. I can still log on using IE6/2000. Weird, isn't it? Is there a way to trick sites into "thinking you're from the U.S."?
 
Have you tried to use an American zip-code? I did this when locked out from hearing a US broadcaster "outside our licensed area." So, I went to the site, found the postal code, put it in and got in. Good luck!
 
I actually tried that and it didn't work. No worries. I learned you can enter the url directly into WMP and it works! Can't keep us canucks out :p

Since I live outside the U.S. I encountered the same problem.
But I knew how to bypass this and it's pretty ease and sometimes even free.
First option is to get a free version of a tool that hides your IP by using free High Anonymous Proxies. The Quality and speed will both be low.
Second option is to buy a license for Hide IP 2007 and enjoy the pleasure of SSL Proxy servers and with good Quality and speed.

Enjoy and make sure to pick a U.S. based Proxy, otherwise it won't work,

P.S. don't worry about both methods as they are 100% legal. And let's hope the house and senate pass the Internet Radio Equality Act so this blocking becomes history.
 
Vista is crap fair and square....

IT IS OVER BLOATED GARBAGE WITH EMBEDDED SPYWARE..

No have NO PRIVACY at all and MICROSOFT HAS FULL CONTROL!
