HELP !!! GRAHAM CRACKERS - SECOND WEEK ON MORNING DRIVE

C

Casablanca

Guest
I thought Michael Graham Cracker was taking Mike Barnicle's place for just ONE week. The idiot is on again this week. He makes Tom Finneran sound like he is ready for prime time.

What's with the new PD at TKK. Seems she is already showing her slip - ups
Not being from around here she thinks we will listen to any crap she put in front of us.

Sorry, lady. This isn't Philadelphia. So far, you are the best think that has happened to WRKO in years. You are making WTKK tank in morning drive. We don't need "Crackers" and milk in the morning

But if they move him there maybe they can put Dennis Miller (or even Steph Miller, for the libtalk
fans) in his place late mornings.

Did just catch a few minutes of TF & TF--Tom Finneran and Todd Feinburg--on WRKO. They were
doing humorous news bits with a third person, "In Other News". OK, though the music bed
(sounded like a remake of "Popcorn") got to be a bit much. Next step they should do to this
(temp.) partnership: lose Finneran and maybe they'll get something going.

Grace? Jason? ANYONE, please pick up Dennis Miller!

I hate Dennis Miller. He was awful in the movie DISCLOSURE "You've seen more a... than a rental car", he was awful on Monday Night Football, and he is a hideous radio host.

that being said, "Say Grace" is probably putting Cracker Graham on to save money. Budget budget budget no matter how bad the host is.

Re Dennis Miller - I thought he was funny years ago, but what worked when he was a puppy just doesn't work now. The couple of times I watched his tv show he was not funny, but laughing (alone) at his own jokes.

Sorry Raccoon... (but you still have Laura I and I know you're sweet on her... ;) )

He's OK on radio. As I noted before in some comments that were posted on the lib blog Blather Watch,
he doesn't yell at callers or step on what they're saying. That being said it's a rather quiet, low-key
voice, maybe too quiet. Can be funny at times. "That's just my opinion, I could be wrong," as he's
freely admitted. But I did like his comedy albums, his TV appearances...even got to see him once
for free at North Shore Music Theatre (won tix from Morgan White) and that wasn't too bad.

Laura is just fine, and can be heard tape delayed early afternoons on WCRN and nights on WTKK. Should
be interesting to hear her take on the SCOTUS (SupremeCourtOfTheUS) decisions today (free speech--
campaign finance law--and free speech which allegedly advocates drug use by a student--the
Bong Hits 4 Jesus case)

Will anyone pick up Phil Hendrie? His new show starts tonight via "TalkRadioNetwork FM"...10 pm _Pacific_.
An alternative to Coast to Coast?

Finneran sounds like he should be on some station out in Western Mass doing the fahhhm report.

How much longer will RKO continue with this pap?
