Help identifying a network

I've heard three different shows on three different stations use this phone number - 877-956-9566. Does anyone familiar with the talk networks know which one uses this?
 
That's just one show.

It appears to come through the Salem Radio Network, per this:

My guess is that the HWW folks buy the satellite time (and Salem's services for studio call-ins, etc.).
