Help identifying station north of Dallas

On I35 right near the Texas/Oklahoma border i picked up a station with a very eclectic format on 89.1. A CHR/Country/Oldies blended station. Im guessing a high school or community college station? The station was begining to fade by the time I heard an what sounded like a old JAMS jingle, but i could make out what was said. I tried doing a radio-locator search but no dice. Im not very familiar with the lay of the land up there.

It's a translator (K206CD) in Gainesville. The parent station, KPFC 91.9, is in nearby Callisburg ("direct from Camp Sweeney," see the website www.kpfc.org/). Oddly, the translator has better coverage than KPFC.
