Help IDing a song

OK I have the rythm in my head and I can think of a couple lines...

it's a psycho 70's or possibly very early 80's rock song.

It's like the countdown song or the blastoff song.
With a real strong reverb you can hear "four three two one"..

It's annoyingly catchy but I can't for the life of me see who it is...
