Help IDing this tune from the early 1990's

I've been trying to remember the name of a tune from the 90s (around 1992-93 was when it was out). I've first heard it in the summer of 1993 on Dance-leaning CHR WBBO in the Greenville/Spartanburg SC market. I don't remember all of the lyrics but it was a House track and had a Martha Wash-like vocal. The first line went (I think)

"How can I make you love me for life baby".

Can anyone help? I've would love to hear it again if possible.

One of my faves from the past. Still gets love from us.

THANK YOU, CHRles!!!! You've nailed it!!!!

My memories of this song was driving in my car without AC up and down I-77 during the drought of 1993, cranked up when this song came on. WBBO was the only station in the area that was playing it along with the big Dance hits during that era. Sadly, the station drifted toward Mainstream CHR that Fall, but at least for the period of one year, the Carolinas had a Dance station, maybe not in the same vein as say, B-96/Chicago, but it was somewhat decent.

This was around the same time that I remember passing through Greensboro-Winston Salem back when 98.7 was known as Kiss FM, and played some crossover Techno at night. Songs like "Injected With A Poison" by Pragha Khan. Come to think of it, Greensboro had a pretty big Rave scene at some point in the mid 90s.

Yes, Kiss at the time was great! They were playing tunes like AB Logic's "The Hitman", 2 Unlimited's "No Limit", in addition to the mainstream fare. The night jock at the time was Cadillac Jack, IIRC.
