Help me find: Radio debate from Chicago, pre-1979

In this video, the late writer Harlan Ellison mentions that “Once upon a time in Chicago, [he] had to do a radio... dialogue, with a minister, on [the topic of] pornography." This is of interest to me, as I am on a mission to find and archive as much media related to Harlan Ellison as I can. I've gone looking, and have found several recordings of him from various broadcasts, but this one still eludes me.
The only things I know about this broadcast is the information he provided— that it was in Chicago, and that it was some sort of debate with a minister about pornography— as well as the fact that it took place before (or during?) 1979 (in the video I linked, he mentions that during the debate, he was corrected on his pronunciation of the word "minutiae". In a taping of one of his lectures from 1979, I heard him pronounce the word "minutiae" correctly).
How would I go about looking for this? Are there any archives I could search for it, or someone I could contact who might have relevant information? Please let me know!
