Help me find the source of 90s comedy skits

Hello there
I've tried using various Reddit communities without any success so I decided to try here instead.

In the late 90s or early 00s, I found a few audio clips on Napster with parodies of various shows like Pokemon and South Park.
Does anyone here know which radio show that used to air these?

Who is the host? His voice sounds so familiar.

The Youtube video says here is a video I made myself...so whoever that Youtube account is made it.

Hi, no I think they just meant the video. They used the audio clip from one of those radio skits :) This is the only video I've found on Youtube so far that are using one of them
