Help Needed to Identify Audio Track

I had originally posted this query in the Production forum but a fellow poster suggested posting it here.

Working at a station in the 1980's we had a traffic sounder which I am attempting to restore for a couple of airchecks for my station tribute site. The only think I recall is that the bed may have been part of a Valentino production music library. This ultra short sample is the only thing I have on my existing collection of airchecks for the station so if I can locate the bed I can restore at least one aircheck that has it missing as well as restore the traffic sounder as part of the audio library planned for the tribute site's refresh.

Any assistance is most appreciated.
