Help Requested: documented/logged track/song lists from a weekly radio program (see notes and pictures of vinyl copies)

Hello, I'm new to the forum (see my introduce yourself post)

My name is Bill and I'm a music nerd / record collector / lover of history / billiards / American football. Nice to meet yall!

---

I recently attended a record convention and acquired 5 vinyl "albums" that were mailed to radio stations and each played only once at said station for the radio program "The Weekly Country Music Countdown"

These "albums"are each 3 LPs and they all include "cue sheets" that outline the time stamps of the program when/what are songs being played, ads, interviews, etc... and each one includes 4 printed sheets.

These were intended to be played once and either destroyed or shipped back to the label (?) This was common practice but most promo/broadcasted materials like this just have the corners clipped or a hole punched thru the whole album/sleeve/inserts because "nobody would buy them"

***

After chatting with the vendor he told me he has an additional 130 of these. All in consecutive weekly order ranging from sometime in 1989-1991. I made an offer to buy them all in bulk, he accepted, but they won't be in my possession for a couple months

!!!

In anticipation of waiting to have them in my possession I've been trying to find an archive of the radio broadcasts that's just text of the songs played but I can't find anything. I've attached pictures including the cue sheets of one of the five I have in hand. I think I'm mostly doing this because I'm so ecstatic about the purchase and can't wait haha

Can anyone help me find anything online that might exist that logged what the songs played were? It's not super important or necessary I'm just astonished I've been unable to find something.

***

When I have all the records in hand I have plans to digitize them, and perhaps create a website or social media account that includes high quality scans of all the records, call sheets, etc...(any advice or input / suggestions is greatly appreciated)

I also plan to ask a few friends who own record stores to display 3 months at a time coinciding with the social media posts so that someone could see them and go to the record store to see them In person and even listen to them on the store's stereo system

I'll update y'all when I have the whole lot in my possession!

I believe that show was based on the Country charts published by Radio & Records (R&R) magazine. Copies from that era can be found archived at the World Radio History website which happens to be run by @davideduardo who is a moderator on this site.

I understand the show incorporated some extra features to fill time such as the top 5 songs from a past year, so you may not be able to recreate the entire playlist using the R&R charts, but they should at least give you an idea of what to expect.

An obligatory warning - be careful how you publicize this, especially any intended public performances at record stores or elsewhere. The intellectual property, broadcast master recordings, and legal copyrights of these shows which were originally owned by Unistar now belong to Cumulus Media / Westwood One.

The example you have pre-dates the concept of websites. But the sheets of paper you posted have all the song names on them in order. Stations needed those cue sheets to report the songs played to the music licensing companies (BMI and ASCAP). TTBOMK the show never had a website. It was discontinued at least 15 years ago,
