Stations close enough to a Canadian border should shake hands with a company on the Canadian side.

Canada isn't involved in the new rulings yet. If the music is traced back to a Canadian account, there isn't much that can be done to shut things down...right?

To further that, Canada also realizes that banning the burning of a cd can not be made illegal without the banning of any copy of anything. (ie photocopying at a library)...but that's another story, perhaps good for another thread.
