Help! UNID at 93.9

The stations keep on coming here in Houston. I have one that I cannot get an ID on and hope someone can help. I have located a 93.9 FM next to local KKRW/Houston. It is going over Severe Thunderstorm Warnings for Butler County and I thought I heard a call of KGLO, however I can't locate a KGLO at 93.9 on radio-locator. The station is in and out, much less strength than Fort Myers' 95.3 that I steadily have gotten throughout the day. This 93.9 gave a time of 12:42pm which is a full 3 hours behind us in the CDT. Can someone tell me where this is originating?

Just to not start a new thread I'm getting E skip in East TN. Sitting on 102.5 with NPR Marketplace along with a hip hop, Spanish and someone playing "Riders on the Storm"

I Got KZWY from Sheridan Wyoming in a stock 2004 Dodge Neon here in Springfield TN. I also got several unid spanish stations and an unid Christian station on 94.9

My guess is if you're getting Eskip, it could be KIAI 93.9 Mason City, IA.

I'd agree, because they're co-owned with AM station KGLO 1300 in Mason City and Butler County is nearby. But I have no clue about the three hour time difference, since they're on CDT also.
