HELP WANTED -- NEWS

With all cutbacks radio is suffering -- and more coming -- this opening is conspicuous.

My client is a leading News/Talk station in a highly desirable medium market.
We're looking for an experienced, hustling radio news anchor/reporter
.

Your work needs to convey to the listener that "We've gotcha covered;" that he-or-she will miss something by NOT-tuning-in "throughout your busy day." Each newscast is uber-relevant to busy Baby Boomers in-car, sounds different than last hour, is allergic to wire copy, and uses sound smartly. You OWN the dashboard on-hour.

If that's you, RSVP yesterday.
Email your resume, references, salary requirements, and samples of anchor and reporter work to [email protected].
Put "NEWS OPENING" in the Subject line.
Or Priority Mail 'em, to me @ PO Box 1323, Block Island RI 02807.

NO -- repeat, NO -- repeat, NO -- calls.

My client is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and not a big publicly-traded company burning-the-furniture.

Now, ANOTHER opening...

Different station, although everything in the post above applies to this opportunity as well.

RSVP ASAP, same address.
