Funny you mention that song because last night on American Idol (it was Stevie Wonder songs night) one of the best contestants, Taylor Hicks, sang that song. I remember the short version but never liked the edit. Some songs just can't be shortened esp ones that tell a full story.

If this will help, the short 45 version (3:45) of the song can be
found on the following CD's:

Motown 314530510 Motown Year By Year 1973
Time-Life 8458 Legends-Do It Again
Box Sets
Time-Life R13510 Gold & Platinum-The Ultimate Rock Collection
Time-Life 19920 Ultimate Rock Legends

Everything else available is strictly the long version (7:24)

CJ,I have a version that's 3:40 in MP3 format if that'll help you. If that'll work, I can email it to you.Poops
