Help with DBX 286 Mic Processor Settings!

I read on a recent post "suggestions for am processing" that many of you had good things to say about the DBX 286 mic processor. Being that I am in need of one, I am ordering one and wondering if any of you would mind sharing your settings or offering a good starting point. I am using a Seenheiser 421 mic.

Best setting is thru exploring,good ears and headphones or monitors.the manual will have some suggestions.easy box to set up and you;ll like it.By far the best bang for the buck...
