Henry 3000D-95 Retune

Hi

I have a Henry Radio 3000D-95 that needs to be re-tuned to 89.1 from 102.7. Does anyone know the value of the two coils and two caps I would need for the re-tune. I think I uploaded the schematic correctly. It may be real small, but hopefully it can be enlarged with no issue. Henry Radio was of no help.

The schematic is far too small to read. When enlarged, the pixels are huge.
