first, I am not a Mike Barnicle fan, I have only occasionally listened lately to get a feel for his show. For me, it's just another middle-aged white guy with his middle-aged white guys friends on the air. Definitely better than Severino, Cah, (Savage) Weiner, or even Finneran. But, mostly not of particular interest. Whatever.

Second, I have nothing against bow-ties - life is boring if we're all the same. but, George Will? Tucker Carlson?

Do something different. Flip on the Bird. Sally Jessy has a great news magazine show out there in syndication. It's called "TalkNet" like the old NBC Radio Network. I used to listen every morning 10AM-12Noon on 990AM in Hartford until the guy who was leasing the station lost his LMA.

I really hope TKK finds someone interesting to listen to on the morning drive. Between Finneran and the non-sports talking at WEEI, there isn't much talk worth listening to in the AM in Boston.
