Herald: Finneran swears, defends Wilkerson

Yes I remember when CBS showed "Network" and they did let the B.S. word go through...In some ways
the s-word isn't all that bad, I guess--Severin gets around it by saying "Shiite"...

When I play "Strokin'" by Clarence Carter I fade it down when he says it. (I also have to do a quick
fade at the beginning of "Little Village" by Sonny Boy Williamson (the MF word).

I think there's a debate going on about fleeting expletives w/ FCC, etc. They can creep in (I think
another board mentions one of the Phillies saying the S word, etc.)

And I can't end this post without bringing up what George Carlin said: "Imagine if they substituted the
word f--- for the word 'kill'. Think of all those old movies. 'OK Sheriff, we're gonna f--- you now! But
we're gonna f--- you SLOW!'...'F--- the ump, f--- the ump, f--- the ump!"
