Negotiations for the Red Sox radio broadcasting rights are hot and heavy at the moment...The folks over at WEEI-AM (850) and parent Entercom have heard that WTKK owner Greater Media is talking with the Sox about a radio deal.

That would be WEEI/fm(can't it be mentioned?). I have nothing against EEI retaining RS(not a TKK fan) but it would be interesting to see the cartel broken up, wouldn't it?

Who knows. And as I've said before, if GM kept 96.9 as talk and added the
Sox (sorry, Mr. Severin, you're pre-empted again) they could be...
96.9 FM Sox.
