Here's The Launch Schedule For NBC Universal's Horror Channel - Chiller!

I think initially this network will only be available on Directv. I haven't heard if they have signed with any other providers.

You are exactly right. At launch only DIRECTV will carry it.
 
With fear net on comcast ondemand, I wonder if comcast has any plans to ever pick it up? Or, maybe since fear net was just another thing to have that isn't on direct tv...maybe instead they will discontinue that, and pick up chiller instead.
