KXTE-FM, 107.5 today unveils its new afternoon drive show, "The Xtreme Disorder."

The show, which airs 3-7 p.m., comes from WARQ-FM in Columbia, S.C., and features co-hosts Dave Farra a.k.a. Attention Deficit Dave; Brian Keadle a.k.a. Brian Black; and sidekick/stunt guy Shane Harrington a.k.a. Lemmy.

and with their new harder agressive music aproach, it just plain sucks now. xtreme has definitely gone down the drain. they don't relate to anyone with the exception of angry males in their early 20's? 102.7 needs to take on a Modern Rock approach and quick. Vegas is starving for it.

At 3 PM they stunted as "Big Country 107.5" playing Toby Keith "As good as I once was". That was pretty funny.

Their new slogan is "X107-5 Xtreme Rock Radio".

Since they are more active rock than ever will this hurt KOMP at all?

I agree with those who say that Star 102.7 could switch to alternative now, the hole is open.

> ...and while they're at it, they need to check song content before they air it..I heard the Rob Zombie/Howard Stern movie soundtrack cut..the original version with the ''MF'' word..play almost to its conclusion before somebody hit the switch around 2 Monday Afternoon..I was waiting for the 202 on Flamingo and nearly fell backward into Caesers when it happened.

Did they finally fix their transmitter problem..it plauged them earlier in the week..especially during P-M drive..
