Here's where Carey Edwards is going ...

He's going to co-host the 2-8p shift at KAMX (Mix 94.7) in Austin with another former Houston DJ, Bridget Taylor. (Taylor co-hosted Mix 96.5's morning show just prior to the arrival of Roula & Ryan. She's been in Austin for about two years now, rejoining the station she worked at before leaving for Houston.) KAMX is the second of CBS's Austin stations to have a pretty dramatic lineup shakeup this month. KKMJ did the same thing, despite pretty solid ratings.

Yes Carey has lots of personality, probably one of the best jocks out there....but why team up with the talentless and dysfunctional Bridget Taylor? The morning guys at mix didn't care for her, so when she worked with them a few years back, they made her sit in another room to do the news....she wasn't allowed in the studio.
 
Awww ... Bridget was giving Carey sh!t on Tuesday b/c Heather Walters sent him flowers. Carey kept saying, "She's a married woman!"
