Atlanta was the largest market up to this point without an affiliate proper. Although, WGTA 32.2 in Toccoa (included in the market) is carried by cable and satellite services. O.T.A. viewers were just out of luck (until now) with WGTA broadcasting some 80 miles away! Only a placard is there (69.7) at the moment but it looks definite. I'm not sure if this will leave much sub-channel space left at WUPA? They will most likely be rebroadcasting the WGTA 32.2 signal as they also do with 32.1 Me-TV on 69.4. Network and station sub-channel shuffles here have been quiet over the last couple months. Good to see positive things happening again. There's still hope left that retro-themed Rewind TV will eventually find a station home here too.
