I can receive this channel on my cable system, I know its one of channel 69's subs, they have a few. Being this is coming out of the LV, I wanted to know if I can pick this channel up OTA, in the Society Hill section of Philly. I can receive all the other local subs, but I cannot pick up any LV Channels, If not, is there any other way to receive this channel besides cable or any other artificial device, just with an ordinary television and antenna, are they on any other local subs....THANKS...

H&I is on WDPN Channel 2 (RF2) licensed to Wilmington but their tower is in Roxborough (like most of the Philly stations are). Since its on RF2 (VHF Low) best antenna (unless you are putting one outside) would be simple rabbit ears

The station has MeTv, Grit, CourtTv Mystery (formerly Escape), H&I, RetroTv, Decades and ThisTV on its subchannels.

Thats odd, because on my cable system, the station that shows up on H+I is 69 and the ads are LV local businesses, why isn't the cable company carrying the local channel 2 H+I sub, instead of the out of market 69. Also, why doesn't the cable company carry all channel 2's subs, not just a few.

Most of Channel 69’s subchannels went to channel 2 when channel 69 started sharing with channel 60’s RF. Channel 39 also shares the RF. Channel 69 now only has the accuweather channel along with simulcasting 2-1 MeTV in SD as subchannels on 69-2 and 69-3. H&I used to be 69-3 along with the subchannel on channel 2 but now it’s only a subchannel on 2 in Philly. Channel 2 and 69 are co-owned.
