I wonder when or if they will take action with the tucson radio station(sorry not tv) that has been playing micheal jackson for almost three months now... non stop.

I'm thinking first that Meredith will request to flash cut to digital on ch. 9 in Prescott instead of moving to ch. 30. It was held up because KCFG had a request to use ch. 9 from the Mogollon Rim for DTV instead of ch. 32 from Mt. Elden.

Second, Journal Broadcast might be working on a KGUN power increase to match KUAT's coverage. KCFG's application kept them from increasing power the way they wanted to. They had reached a compromise with KM Communications - I guess that's moot now.

These actions may already be in the works.
