Sounds a lot like Radio 105.7 here in Atlanta, also a CC station.
They're doing a lot of the right stuff. Good playlist, though a bit on the conservative side, personalities connecting with the audience through social media..
I also listen to Margot's online station, EAV Radio which has a wider playlist.. I like discovering artists new and old that aren't on the mainstream..
